For this light up paper garland, all you need is a string of white fairy lights (or if you're using white or natural paper you can use coloured lights to add a touch of colour), scissors, heavy duty glue, your wedding stationary card, a screw punch, ruler, and pencil and eraser. To make folding of the paper easier, a bone folder would be handy, but isn't an essential item.
